We have not taken into account that only the balance of all systems of a person’s life leads to his goals. And that means that we simply cannot narrow the topic of our blog to dry recommendations. Our task is to give the reader a complete picture. Only in such conditions do results appear.
Negative thoughts only have an impact when they are noticed.
We are accustomed to the phrase “you are what you eat” and we have enough open information to independently create a diet of healthy food for ourselves. But the influence of thoughts is not so obvious, although it is much deeper.

And then we replaced the planning meeting with meditation. It was a month-long experiment. We gathered in the conference room every day at 11:00 to do nothing together for 30 minutes. We turned off our phones. We moved tables and chairs to the wall and spread out sleeping pads – we breathed.
We chose the simplest thing that can suit all of us and does not conflict with religious or any other beliefs. All people breathe. This is the basis.
