How to create an asset and become financially independent!

10

Hello everyone, my name is Irina, I live in Ukraine, I am 43 years old. Now I am financially independent and do nothing, but just enjoy freedom and self-development.

I also decided to share my story with you. True, I am not a millionaire, and I do not have large capitals, but thanks to reading books by Robert Kiyosaki, I arranged my life in such a way that I no longer need to work for the sake of money every day. Now other people work for me and earn money for me.

It all started with the fact that my son became interested in network marketing, began to buy various self-development books for himself, and read them in his free time. For the sake of curiosity, of course, I asked how things were going in his business, looked at catalogs, but there was no interest in the business itself, my work took a lot of time from me, and there was simply no time left for other activities.

But one day, when I entered the kitchen, I noticed that on the refrigerator was a thin yellow book with the title "Rich Dad, Poor Dad." My son read it in his spare time in the kitchen and just put it there. The unusual title caught my attention. I took it and flipped through a couple of pages, just had free time, I was alone at home, I didn't have anything to do, it was just a day off at work, and I decided to just sit down for the sake of curiosity to read it a little. I thought it was about network marketing, but no, the book turned out to be much more interesting.

Without interruption, I read it all in one day. She touched me so much. At that time I was 38 years old. All this information was new and unusual for me. I have never heard of such a thing as passive income or financial independence before. Like many other people, she was used to working for money and considered daily work normal. But it turns out you can live and not work, you just need to slightly change your idea of money.

I told my husband about what I learned, discussed new ideas with him, he also read this book. In the following year, I read other books by Robert Kiyosaki. Also bought the game cash flow and played with the whole family and with friends.

When we had already read and played enough, everything came to act.

At that time I was selling clothes at the market. I had my own container and I earned about 3000-4000 thousand USD. clean per month. There have been less, of course, there have been more. I decided to hire a salesperson to work for me.
Having picked up a suitable person, I began to look for a place to open another point.

There was an option to either buy the seats or rent them. A container could be rented for 400-500 USD. per month. We decided to rent. We agreed on a place, found another seller, delivered the goods. And they opened another one.

For five years we have opened 4 such points. Plus, we bought some places and are now renting them out.

Outcome: Income

1 4 income points – from 4000 c.u. up to 8000 month.

2 3 containers for rent – 1500 c.u. per month

Now my husband and I are financially independent. Of course, sometimes we also face difficulties. It happens that no one rents 1 or 2 containers or income drops, but due to the fact that we have not one asset, but many, we easily endure periods when income is low. Plus, we have savings just in case. Even if we lose all our places at the same time, we can live on our savings for six months.

. I consider it very important to create multiple sources of income, the more there are, the more reliable you feel. Plus, I recommend saving up money so that in the event of the loss of all income, you can live on savings for at least 3-6 months.

For example, if you spend 2,000 USD per month on your life, then you need to accumulate at least 6,000 thousand USD, with this money you can live for 3 months. This time is enough to think about everything and decide what to do next.
